橡胶衬里简介
橡胶衬里是设备或管道内部采用内衬耐磨、防腐以及耐高温的橡胶作为衬里层,通过橡胶自身物理和化学性能,从而降低了管路输送介质对外部结构的作用,如冲击力、腐蚀等,其由于橡胶的缓冲作用,很好的保护设备管道起到延长使用寿命作用。
其分为四大类: 1.设备防腐衬里 2.磨机衬里 3.浮选机衬里 4.烟气脱硫衬里
防腐衬里是为防止设备腐蚀的未硫化、预硫化或硫化的橡胶板或片。在金属或其它材料工作表面用衬里胶板形成一-连续的隔离性的覆盖层的技术称为衬胶技术。衬里胶料可分为软质胶、硬质胶和半硬质胶, -般根据使用条件用NR , CR和SBR等制造。衬里的制造包括对金属基材表面处理、衬里胶板加工、裁剪、贴合和硫化等工序。衬里胶板作为化工防腐、防机械磨损材料泛用作化工设备衬里和矿山、冶金用泥浆泵、浮选机、磨机、建材工业用水泥磨机等设备的衬里。
产品特点；
具有保护金属或其他基体免受各种介质侵蚀的能力，耐受酸、碱、无机盐及多种有机物的腐蚀。并有良好的弹性、耐磨性、抗冲击性及金属和其他基体的粘合性能。
产品用途；广泛用于石油、化工、化肥、冶金、电力的酸碱储存罐、反应器、地坪隔离层等。
